Install a Sales Management Operating System That
Outlasts Any Training Event

The A.I.M. Process turns one-time workshops into a permanent management cadence, built on behavioral data, monthly execution review, and a hand-off design.

You do not need another sales training event. You need a system that keeps managers leading, reps executing, and forecasts accurate after the facilitator leaves. That is what the A.I.M. Sales Management Operating System delivers.

You Did Not Buy a Training Event.
You Bought a Result That Did Not Arrive.

If any of these sound like your last 12 months, the issue is not the content of the training. It is the absence of an operating system underneath it.

The 90-day evaporation of training results

The 90-Day Evaporation

You paid for training. Everyone was engaged. Ninety days later, nobody remembers the frameworks. Nobody coaches the method. The forecast is as messy as it was before.

The manager who reviews numbers but does not coach behavior

The Manager Who Reports But Does Not Coach

Your managers review pipeline in 1:1s. They do not change rep behavior. They do not use data to coach. They do not hold anyone to a standard.

A forecast that cannot be trusted because lead metrics are invisible

The Forecast You Cannot Trust

You ask for a forecast. You get a guess. Lead metrics are invisible. Trend lines do not exist. You make revenue commitments based on optimism.

A system that leaves when the consultant leaves

The System That Leaves With the Consultant

You hired an outside sales advisor. They ran it well. The moment they left, everything collapsed. Nothing was installed. Nothing was transferred.

The Difference Between a Training Event and a Management Operating System

Training teaches the skill. A management operating system installs the cadence, the data, and the coaching rhythm that keeps the skill in use after the facilitator leaves.

Most sales organizations buy training. Far fewer buy a system. That is the category difference that explains why 84% of training content is forgotten within three months and why most firms cannot point to a single behavior change from last year's investment.

The A.I.M. Sales Management Operating System is not a training program. It is the closed-loop framework that training, coaching, and recruiting all plug into. It opens with a diagnostic Assessment that benchmarks your organization against 30+ industry KPIs. It produces a ranked roadmap. It runs on a monthly cadence that surfaces lead metrics before they become revenue misses. And it is designed to be handed off to your own leaders when you no longer need us in the room.

There are three ways to put it to work. Pick the one that matches where you are today.

Install the A.I.M. OS With Our Help

We run the full diagnostic, install the cadence, and coach your managers until your team runs it without us. Typical engagement: six to twelve months with a scheduled hand-off.

The A.I.M. Process: A Six-Stage Closed Loop That Actually Runs Your Organization

A.I.M. stands for Analyze, Implement, Move Forward. Each stage produces a named deliverable. The loop closes annually and restarts with refreshed data. This is the operating system, not a checklist.

The A.I.M. Process six-stage closed loop: Assessment, OBJECTIVELens, Leadership Plan, Business Plan, Monthly Execution, Annual Planning
1

A.I.M. Assessment

The diagnostic entry point. Evaluates People, Processes and Procedures, Sales Structures, Product and Revenue Strategy, and Leadership Alignment. Benchmarks your organization against 30+ industry KPIs and comparable companies. Produces an ROI-ranked roadmap that stands on its own, regardless of what you choose to do next.

2

OBJECTIVELens®

Translates the roadmap into a single-page picture of business objectives, roadblocks, and solution fit. Used to align executives before any program begins. Prevents scope drift. Makes the engagement measurable from day one.

3

A.I.M. Leadership Plan

A quarterly plan for the management team. Defines what each manager owns, what good looks like, and how performance is reviewed. Built on Situational Leadership principles and the Performance Contract framework. The plan is measured, not aspirational.

4

A.I.M. Business Plan (rep-level)

Applies the 12 Week Year® execution discipline to every rep. Each rep operates against a named plan with weekly execution scores and visible trend lines. The plan replaces annual goal-setting theater with a repeating 12-week sprint that the manager can coach to.

5

A.I.M. Monthly Execution

The monthly review cadence. Lead metrics, trend lines, coaching outcomes, forward strategy. This is where management intelligence replaces management opinion. Forecasts become defensible because they are built on weeks of lead-indicator data, not on gut feel.

6

A.I.M. Annual Planning

Closes the loop. Compares actual outcomes to the original Assessment findings. Resets the system for the next cycle. The organization that started with a diagnostic now has a year of benchmarked data to plan against. The loop restarts on stronger ground.

The A.I.M. Assessment:
A Data-Driven Diagnostic, Not a Quiz

The A.I.M. Assessment is the diagnostic entry point to the operating system. It produces an ROI-ranked roadmap benchmarked against 30+ industry KPIs. It stands on its own. Whatever you do next, it starts here.

Five Assessment Areas

People

Do you have the right talent? Is there a repeatable sales hiring process? PXT Select integrates here as the pre-hire aptitude diagnostic, giving the People findings a validated behavioral foundation.

Processes & Procedures

Does your CRM align with your sales process? Do compensation plans drive the results you want? Are back-end systems optimized for efficiency across sales, operations, and finance?

Sales Structures

Are your strategies designed to drive revenue and KPIs? Is your revenue team aligned with business initiatives? Where does the sales process break down?

Product & Revenue Strategy

Is the team offering the right mix? Do they know how to position your unique value? Can they communicate what makes your offer different from competitors?

Leadership Alignment

Do your sales managers have the tools and processes to succeed? Does the revenue leadership team drive accountability? CheckPoint 360® runs here as the leadership diagnostic, surfacing blind spots before any development program begins.

What Makes the A.I.M. Assessment Different

01

Data-Driven Precision

Benchmarked against 30+ industry KPIs and comparable organizations. Not feelings. Not opinions.

02

Industry Expertise

Built by revenue leaders with real operational experience, not consultants with theory.

03

Holistic View

Evaluates the full revenue organization, not just the sales team.

04

Customization

Focuses on the specific areas where you need the most help. No cookie-cutter.

05

Actionable Roadmap

An ROI-ranked plan. Execute internally, with a third party, or with revenueify.

What Changes When the Operating System Is Running

The shift is from reactive reporting to predictive management. Lead metrics, trend lines, and execution scores replace gut feel.

Lead Metrics Replace Lag Metrics

Revenue is a lag metric. By the time you see it, it is too late to change it. The A.I.M. OS makes lead metrics visible weekly and trend lines visible monthly. Managers act on signals before results are locked in.

Trend Lines Replace Gut Feel

Monthly trend lines show whether you are accelerating, stalling, or declining before the quarterly number lands. Coaching conversations happen against the trend, not against last month's result.

Execution Score Replaces "How's It Going"

The 12 Week Year® execution score is the most powerful lead indicator available to managers. It predicts revenue outcomes more accurately than pipeline coverage alone, and it surfaces coaching opportunities weeks before the forecast breaks.

The Cadence That Makes It Run

Installing a management operating system is not a program. It is a rhythm. Here is what that rhythm looks like, week to week and month to month.

MON

Weekly Accountability Meeting (WAM)

15 to 20 minutes. Each rep reports progress versus goal, execution score, and intentionality for the week. This is the lead-indicator layer. Short, structured, and consistent. The WAM is where the rhythm becomes visible.

WEEK
1:1

Weekly 1:1 Coaching

Manager and rep meet against the A.I.M. Plan. Coaching uses the Five Keys to Coaching Success framework. When execution scores drop below threshold for two consecutive weeks, the Confront the Truth Worksheet enters the conversation. This is where the methodology gets reinforced, one rep at a time.

MO
A.I.M.

Monthly A.I.M. Review

Manager and VP review trend lines, forecast accuracy, and coaching outcomes. Strategy is adjusted in real time based on what the lead metrics say. This replaces the quarterly scramble with a continuous recalibration.

QTR

Quarterly A.I.M. Reset

Reset rep goals, review the Leadership Plan, and re-benchmark against the original Assessment. The quarterly reset keeps the system from drifting and gives managers a clean restart every 90 days.

ANN

Annual A.I.M. Planning

Close the loop. Compare actual outcomes to the original Assessment. Reset the operating system for the next cycle with a full year of benchmarked data underneath it.

Built to Be Handed Off,
Not Owned by Us

Every fractional model has the same problem. When the outside leader leaves, the system leaves with them. We designed A.I.M. to solve that.

Most fractional sales leadership and outsourced advisory engagements collapse the moment the outside leader steps away. Nothing was documented. Nothing was transferred. The results were dependent on one person being in the room. That is not a system. That is a consultant.

The A.I.M. Operating System is designed the opposite way. The deliverables are named, documented, and transferable. Your managers learn to run the WAM, the A.I.M. Monthly Review, and the quarterly reset while we are still working alongside them. By the time we exit, the system is your system. Not ours.

That is what separates an operating system from a consulting engagement. And it is why A.I.M. survives the hand-off.

Why revenueify's Operating System Is Different

Other firms offer a framework. revenueify installs a system backed by an integrated revenue operations capability that none of the single-discipline firms can match.

All RevOps integration: training, management, recruiting

01   All RevOps Integration

The only firm where the operating system is reinforced by integrated sales training, outsourced sales management, and sales recruiting. When the Assessment reveals a gap, we have the capability to close it, regardless of which system is broken.

Industry-specific benchmarks and customization

02   Industry-Specific

Benchmarked and built against your specific industry, not generic averages. The A.I.M. Assessment uses industry-specific KPIs, and the operating system is tuned to the sales cycle, buyer behavior, and coaching priorities of your vertical.

Behavioral science foundation: DiSC Management, PXT Select, CheckPoint 360

03   Behavioral Science

Everything DiSC® Management is baked into the coaching cadence. PXT Select runs in the hiring diagnostic. CheckPoint 360°™ surfaces leadership blind spots before development starts. Not an add-on. The foundation the operating system stands on.

Data-driven engagements starting with the A.I.M. Assessment

04   Data-Driven

Every engagement starts with the A.I.M. Assessment. 30+ industry KPIs benchmarked. Trend lines replace opinion. Lead metrics replace hope. This is management intelligence, not management theater.

When the Issue Is the Person, Not the System

Sometimes the gap the Assessment reveals is not a process gap or a coaching gap. It is the wrong person in the role. When development is not the right answer, revenueify's recruiting team places sales managers, sales directors, and VPs of Sales who are built to lead from day one.
