Wiley authorized partner
Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, Profiles and Training
revenueify has partnered with Wiley for more than three decades. Buy validated Everything DiSC® profiles, run facilitated team workshops, and put behavioural insight to work on revenue and retention rather than leaving it in a report nobody opens.
What the credential means
Why buy Everything DiSC® through an authorized partner
You can find a free personality test in ten seconds. What you cannot find for free is the validated Wiley instrument, the platform that keeps it useful after the workshop, and someone who can run the debrief in the language of your business. That is the whole difference.
Validated profiles
The real Wiley instrument, not a lookalike quiz. Reports are the current validated versions.
Catalyst hosting
Your team's profiles live on the Wiley Catalyst platform, with real-time comparisons between colleagues.
Certified facilitation
Workshops delivered by facilitators certified on the instrument, not read from a slide deck.
Thirty years of context
revenueify has run DiSC® inside sales organisations for decades, so the debrief is about your pipeline, not about personality types.
Answer first
What is Everything DiSC®, and how is it different from DISC?
Everything DiSC® is a Wiley behavioral assessment that sorts communication preferences into four styles, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. An Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner is a licensed provider approved by Wiley to sell validated profiles, host the Catalyst platform, and facilitate certified workshops, so organizations get accurate reports and trained facilitation rather than an unlicensed personality quiz.
Generic DISC is a public-domain model, which is why there are hundreds of free versions of varying quality. Everything DiSC® is Wiley's research-validated product built on that model, with adaptive testing, role-specific reports, and a platform behind it. They are not the same thing and the difference shows up the moment you try to use the results for anything.
The four profiles
Which Everything DiSC® profile you actually need
Four products, one assessment. Most organisations start with Sales or Workplace, then add the others as the use case widens. Service teams use it to read each customer's style and adapt on the spot; see DiSC for customer service.
| Profile | Who it is for | Report | What it changes | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everything DiSC® Sales | Reps and account managers | 23-page personalized profile | Sell the way each customer prefers to buy | $120 to $150 |
| Everything DiSC® Management | Managers and team leads | Personalized report | Delegation, motivation, conflict, and managing up | $120 to $150 |
| Everything DiSC® Workplace | Everyone, any role | 20-page personalized profile | A common language across the whole organisation | $120 to $150 |
| Everything DiSC® Agile EQ | Teams under pressure | 26-page research-validated profile | Emotional agility, reading and adapting in the moment | $120 to $150 |
All four sit on the Wiley Catalyst platform, so a person only ever takes the assessment once and can unlock the other reports later.
Why it sits at the centre
DiSC® is not an add-on to the methodology, it is the foundation
revenueify is a revenue operations firm that trains, manages, and builds B2B and B2C sales teams under a single methodology, Customer Focused Selling®. Behavioural science is not a module inside that methodology, it is what the methodology assumes. Every discovery question, every trust-building behaviour, and every objection response changes shape depending on who is on the other end of the call.
That is why the profile is where most engagements start. A rep who knows their own style and can read the buyer's is running a different conversation from a rep working through a script, and the difference is visible on the recording within a fortnight.
The one most sales teams start with
Everything DiSC® for Sales
Sell the way your customers buy
The 23-page Sales profile maps the rep's own style against each buyer style and gives specific adaptations, not general advice.
What is inside the report
Sales strengths, sales challenges, what drives each customer type, and how to adapt to each one.
Why it lands with reps
Because it is about them first. A rep who feels read is a rep who will use the tool.
Where it plugs into training
It is module one of Customer Focused Conversations®, and every later module assumes it.
No two engagements are alike
We read your numbers before we touch your team
Most firms sell you a program and hope it fits. We do the opposite. Before we train a single rep or step in to lead, the A.I.M. assessment reads your real sales process, performance, and execution, then turns it into a prioritized plan built on your reality.
Analyze. Implement. Move Forward. It is why two companies never get the same revenueify program, and why the change shows up in the numbers, not just the training room.

A short read on where your revenue is leaking. No pitch required.
Beyond the profile
Workshops and facilitation
A profile tells a person about themselves. A workshop is where a team learns to work with each other differently, which is the part that shows up in the numbers.
Half day or full day
Facilitated, in person or virtual, sized to the team
Group reports included
So the room can see itself, not just each individual
Debriefed against your work
The examples are your deals and your meetings, not case studies
Follow-on coaching
Because a profile read once and filed is money spent on paper
Proof
Behavioural insight that reaches the P and L
The profile is the easy part. What changes a number is a team that keeps using it after the workshop ends.

Questions people actually ask
Frequently asked questions about Everything DiSC®
What is the difference between DISC and Everything DiSC®?
DISC is a public-domain behavioural model, which is why free versions are everywhere. Everything DiSC® is Wiley's research-validated product built on that model, with adaptive testing, role-specific reports, and the Catalyst platform behind it.
Why should I buy Everything DiSC® through an authorized partner instead of direct?
Because the assessment is the cheap part. A partner brings certified facilitation, a debrief in the language of your business, group reports, and someone accountable for whether the team is still using it in month six.
How much does an Everything DiSC® profile cost?
Between $120 and $150 through revenueify, depending on the profile. Workshops and group reports are priced separately by team size and format.
Which Everything DiSC® profile is best for a sales team?
Everything DiSC® Sales. It is the only one of the four written around the buying conversation, and its 23-page report maps the rep's own style against each buyer style with specific adaptations.
Is the DiSC assessment scientifically valid?
Everything DiSC® is research validated and Wiley publishes the technical data behind it. That is the practical difference between the licensed instrument and a free personality quiz that reports a result with no evidence behind it.
What are the four DiSC® styles?
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Nobody is only one. The report shows where a person sits across all four, which is what makes it useful for adapting rather than labelling.
How long does the assessment take?
Most people finish in fifteen to twenty minutes. The report generates immediately and lives on the Catalyst platform, so it can be revisited and compared against colleagues later.
Can we start with profiles and add training later?
Yes, and most organisations do. Buying profiles is the lowest-commitment way to start. The workshop is what turns four individual reports into a team that works differently.
Authorized partner, validated profiles, certified facilitation
Put behavioural insight to work on the number
Buy the profiles, run the workshop, and keep the language alive afterwards. That is the sequence that turns a report into a team that sells and leads differently.
