This Sales Executive role is responsible for managing and growing an established Chicagoland territory, with a focus on education, corporate, and government accounts. You will maintain strong existing customer relationships while introducing new solutions across audio visual, collaboration, digital signage, conferencing, and security systems. The role balances account management with new business development and provides the autonomy to run your territory like your own business, supported by a strong internal team.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business built over many years of trusted customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for education, corporate, and government customers
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts by introducing new AV, collaboration, conferencing, and security solutions
- Prospect and develop new business within the assigned territory
- Work with internal engineering and project teams to design, quote, and deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain a consultative, professional sales process focused on long term customer success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or solution based environment
- Strong computer literacy and comfort working with technology driven solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Professional communication skills with the ability to engage customers at various organizational level
- Self motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a virtual office environment
- Base salary with unlimited earning potential

- Highly competitive total compensation range of $70,000 to $150,000 per year
