Session Outline & Agenda
  • Program begins with the Everything DiSC® assessment to establish a data‑driven baseline of your communication style and strengths.
  • Participants complete pre‑work to evaluate how they communicate today, creating clarity around opportunities for measurable improvement.
  • Session 1 (90 min): Deep dive into your DiSC style, uncovering communication strengths and weaknesses to build self‑awareness—the foundation of world‑class interactions.
  • Session 2 (90 min): Learn to identify others’ styles and make small, intentional adaptations that improve conversations, reduce friction, and create better customer and team experiences.
  • Session 3 (90 min): Strengthen your ability to build credibility, trust, and long‑term relationship value, reinforcing the revenueify focus on lifetime customer outcomes.
  • Session 4 – Capstone (90 min): Participants present how these tools are working in real scenarios, demonstrating applied learning and measurable progress.
  • Each session includes 60 minutes of pre‑ and post‑work to drive mastery and reinforce behavior change.
  • Sessions run weekly for one month at the same time.
  • Upon registration, participants receive links for the DiSC profile and pre‑work; the time selected becomes the start time for all four sessions.
Pre-Work

Your prework creates the foundation for a world class learning experience by grounding you in data driven self awareness. You will begin by completing your Everything DiSC assessment, which delivers personalized insights into your priorities, motivators, and stressors through the Catalyst platform. Inside the REVUP Portal, you will reflect on how you communicate today and identify patterns that influence customer and team interactions. This preparation ensures you enter Session 1 with clarity on your natural style, setting the stage for meaningful growth that aligns with revenueify’s focus on lifetime communication value.

Session 1

Session 1 builds the self awareness needed to improve every communication outcome you create. Using your Everything DiSC results, you will explore your priorities, motivators, and stressors so you can understand what drives your behavior and how it shapes your interactions. Inside the REVUP Portal you will review your patterns and reflect on where your style helps you and where it creates friction. This clarity aligns with revenueify’s commitment to data driven insights and world class experiences that strengthen lifetime value in every relationship you support.

Session 2

Session 2 expands your awareness beyond your own style and into how others communicate. You will learn how to recognize the observable patterns of each DiSC style and understand how different priorities and motivators shape the way people react and respond in conversations. Through guided practice inside the REVUP Portal, you will compare your tendencies with the tendencies of other styles to spot where friction can occur and where stronger connection is possible. This session strengthens your ability to adapt with intention, creating more positive interactions and supporting revenueify’s commitment to world class experiences and lifetime relationship value.

Session 3

Session 3 focuses on strengthening your ability to build credibility and trust in every interaction. Using insights from your DiSC profile, you will explore how motivators, stressors, and natural tendencies influence the way others experience you in conversations and decision making. Inside the REVUP Portal, you will identify where your communication style supports strong relationships and where unintentional friction may occur. This session reinforces revenueify’s commitment to creating world class experiences and long term relationship value by helping you become intentional, reliable, and consistent in how you show up for customers and teammates.

Capstone

The REVUP APEX is the culminating experience of your communication skills program. You will share how your style awareness and adaptation skills have improved your interactions over the past month. Participants highlight real examples of better conversations, stronger relationships, and clearer communication results. The APEX also gives you a chance to support others by offering insight and helping them apply the methodology inside their daily work. This final session reinforces revenueify’s belief that learning becomes most valuable when it is practiced, shared, and used to create long term relationship impact.

Coaching & Reinforcement

Coaching and reinforcement strengthen everything you learn in this program. Inside the REVUP Portal you can access the 1 on 1 coaching section and connect with a revenueify coach in real time while you apply the concepts in actual conversations. This gives you immediate guidance and helps you turn insights into confident habits.

You will also be part of a community of participants who share experiences, offer support, and help each other apply the methodology in daily interactions.

The REVUP Portal continues to support you beyond the initial training with tools and resources that reinforce your communication skills and help you create long term relationship value.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through revenueify.today and governs services sold by revenueify, LLC (“revenueify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Quick Summary

  • All items sold on our website or via our associates are services.
  • Completed services are not refundable
  • If a service is purchased by mistake and not yet rendered, a refund may be issued based on eligibility rules

Definitions

Service: Any coaching, training, consulting, workshops, assessments, learning access, or professional services offered.

Service Rendered: Any of the following:

  • A live session has been delivered (full or partial)
  • Work has started (onboarding, setup, discovery, preparation, etc.)
  • Access has been granted to paid content or materials
  • A seat has been reserved for an event and the cancellation window has passed

Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds for completed or partially completed services
  • A refund will be issued only if all conditions are met:
  • The purchase was made by mistake or reported immediately
  • The service has not been started
  • No access or work has started
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase

If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at revenueify@revenueify.today
  • If work has started or access is granted, the service is non-refundable
  • Workshop/event seats can be transferred to another attendee (within your organization) if requested at least 24 hours before the event
  • If revenueify cancels a service, you may reschedule or request a refund for the unused portion

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email used for purchase
  • Service name
  • Purchase date and receipt details
  • Explanation confirming the service has not been rendered

We may request additional information to verify the request.

Refund Processing Timing
